Carolina Eye Associates (CEA) was established in 1977 by Robert Gale Martin, M.D. and George Tate Jr., M.D. in Pinehurst/Southern Pines, NC. For 45 years, patients from across the United States and more than 20 foreign countries have come to CEA for their eye care needs.
