Cons: I have very little positive to say about the pest control business by the name of Terminix. The only positive is the guys I am dealing with are very polite. However, they are not truthful or reliable. I contracted with them on March 11,2026 for help with a bird problem on my deck and carport. Today is April 4,2026 and the job is not completed or done according to the contract I signed. They do not answer phone calls or return phone call even though they say to call them. They were very anxious to get me signed up with them and cashed my money down check the next day. If I had checked with the Better Business Bureau before I called them I would never have gotten involved with them. I haven't decided the action to take next. It is very sad that our world has come to this in most dealings companies. I am old school and do not understand being treated with so little respect.
