Mid City Gym & Tanning is excited to launch TRIBE TEAM TRAINING, the global leader in small group training. Programs are delivered in 50-minute sessions, twice a week on a set schedule. Each team of 6 to 10 participants is led through a curriculum scientifically formulated by the TRIBE developers and deployed by a Mid-City Gym expert trainer in newly designated space at Mid-City Gym. Tribe Team Training is designed to integrate members into a community to work together to push their limits and achieve their fitness goals.

As a Board Certified Oral Surgeon, Dr. Paul R. Calat manages a wide variety of problems relating to the mouth, teeth and facial region. Dr. Calat has five years of advanced specialty training and multiple areas of expertise ranging from wisdom teeth removal, dental implants and bone grafting. He can also diagnose and treat oral pathology, facial injuries, TMJ disorders and performs a full range of procedures such as Teeth-in-an-Hour®, All-on-4® and Waterlase® laser treatments.
