My name is Todd, I am the manager and owner of the Fox Jewelry Boutique. I am 47 years old and have 12 years of retail/customer service experience. I have been involved with jewelry and gemstones for over 8 years, it is a labor of love and a passion of mine. Todd is an old English name that means fox, I used it for some of the stores. The stores keep us very busy.

The Fox Jewelry Boutique is an online, web -based jewelry retailer only. We are not a brick and mortar store at this time.

I enjoy collecting/studying gemstones. I enjoy buying/selling/designing and also repairing/upcycling jewelry.

PLEASE welcome Rick to our small team! He is the newest member of our staff, and plays a very important role. He does merchandising/processing/sorting jewelry and is learning extensively about gemstones and jewelry. He is my assistant and apprentice, and is also creating his own unique designs!

SHIPPING: Our store ships your order out within 1 to 2 business days (usually 1) and we ship every business day, Monday through Friday via the United States Postal Service tracking is provided with every order. Shipping is always free.

RETURNS: Are accepted within 30 days of the receipt of your item. The item must be returned in the same condition in which it was shipped to you, and the buyer must pay return shipping. If for some reason you are not satisfied with an item, please get in touch with us immediately so that you can have the best in customer service.
