Growing up in the country near Hillsdale, Kansas, I watched my mother raise Golden Retrievers. As I saw her love continually grow for our Goldens, I myself couldn't help but fall in love with them too! Not only did I enjoy daily cuddles and playing with these adorable puppies, but I also enjoyed naming each puppy with a special name that fit each puppy's oh-so-different personality! Although parting is such sweet sorrow, ultimately my favorite moment was watching each eager family' come to our house in the country and take home their family's newest precious addition; the joy that these kind folks exuded from taking home their new treasure was simply contagious! In a moment, I knew that when I grew up, I definitely wanted to also be a part of this wonderful experience: My husband and I now have two young-adult golden retrievers of our own, and both have become an integral part of our own family. We are blessed and excited to continue my mother's passion in helping to enrich and enhance others' lives so that they too can joyously bring home their new special companion and newest member of their family!
