Cons: UNPROFESSIONAL PROFANITY LACED BUSINESS!!!

Comment: WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! This man should not be in business. Be prepared for indefinite wait periods and getting yelled at for simply inquiring on your repair or service. And his yelling is highly laced with profanity!! (and this is when he's had the mower for a month - and you have heard NOTHING from him and are making a simple inquiry as to the status!) He is very threatening and berating to the customer. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. Horrible experience in every way!!! I had to retrieve my mower (and not even sure I'm getting back the original mower & parts) to have it repaired elsewhere. And NOTE: the mower had always been garaged since it's purchase. This guy leaves it outside exposed to the elements... and when he retrieved it ... the grass was growing way over the height of the mower!!! (And this a VERY large riding mower). He just left it out there to rust. A complete waste of 6+ weeks of time. DO NOT GIVE THIS MAN YOUR BUSINESS!!
