Bi-County Inc. is a family owned business, started in 1967 by Joseph and Cynthia Evans. The business was founded and built on the premise that if you take good care of your customers, your customers will take good care of you. Chalfont, Pennsylvania is our home base for serving the Bucks and Montgomery County area.

Bi-County began as a fuel oil delivery company and over the years has expanded to include full service home heating, plumbing and air conditioning service. The business is currently owned and operated by Bill Evans who has over 35 years experience with the company.

What sets us apart from the competition is our well trained staff and commitment to service. All of our service technicians have completed training programs that qualify them as Master Technicians for the servicing of oil fired equipment. Master plumbers are also an important part of our staff.
