The sale process may begin once the estate has removed all items not for sale from the premises and no person inhabits the premises any longer. Services provided include staging, pricing, advertising, staffing and factoring. Average length of time for the entire sale process is 2 weeks. Quality consignments are accepted when an on-premises sale is not possible.
