Brad and Jen buy Houses is a division of J&B Real Properties, LLC, is a family owned business. We buy houses in any condition. From people in foreclosure, going through a divorce, relocating and can’t sell their house, those who own a vacant house they don’t want to deal with anymore… to landlords tired of dealing with tenants, people who inherited a house they don’t want, good folks who lost their job and just can’t afford the payment anymore and can’t afford to pay a real estate agent their fees to sell it, to people who owe more on their house than it’s worth and listing with an agent just isn’t an option. Brad are both native Minnesotans. We enjoy being with family and friends and our pets. We are both Gopher fans. In High School, she was a gifted athlete as well as a cheerleader. She loves to craft and make signs and decorations to whatever she can think of next. Concert going is a passion she has had since her early twenties. Shy is not in her vocabulary. Brad has volunteered as a baseball coach, keep a highway clean activities and for a local food shelter. He loves hunting, fishing and just being outside. He enjoys making and fixing things and home projects.
