Rick Clary, the founder of R.Clary Builders, Inc., has been in the Hawaii construction industry for over 30 years. Starting as a carpenters apprentice then becoming a journeyman carpenter. He worked his way up to carpentry foreman then job site superintendent and finally project manager. He managed projects for Hawaii’s two largest residential developers for over 10 years before starting R. Clary Builders, Inc.
Working his way up through the construction trades has taught him many valuable lessons about workmanship and customer service, which are the foundation of R. Clary Builders, Inc. today.
