The Phoenix Recovery and Counseling Centers in Utah are driven by the guiding mission: “Empowering individuals and families suffering from addiction and mental health disorders, to celebrate life through lasting solutions.” We create the change and healing experience through a full continuum of care for mental health and chemical dependency issues. Clinical support begins with Residential Treatment (e.g. CD only), a Day Program, Intensive Outpatient Program(IOP), to General Outpatient.
