WHO WE ARE.....This program was specifically developed to offer women an alternative to traditional fighting classes like the martial arts, firearms or other outdated classes...giving you a NEW alternative that's NOT ABOUT FIGHTING! Taking an active part in their own safety thru this 6 hr. program being offered by Mesquite Health & Safety Training Classes. we have several program options available to you. We train you with "REAL WORLD" protection methods. Our programs train women from ages 15-80 and is a minimum contact program focused on escape NOT fighting!
