We were originally founded as Moment in 2002 in NYC. Since then we've helped some of the largest companies in a wide range of industries to better understand their users and to design products and services that both meet their users' needs and drive business outcomes. Our specialties are UX/UI design, qualitative UX research, and product strategy.
