I provide new-born, infant, neonatal circumcisions. I am not a doctor. I see people in their homes or at mine. Many families that I serve have their babies at home, instead of at the hospital. Many are religious (any) and follow the Bible and want their circumcisions when baby is 8 days old. Many don't have health insurance.
