Established in 1967, Family Health Care is one of the first community health centers in the nation to develop a “one-stop shopping” concept for health care services. We offer a range of medical facilities including Caretrak, Walk-In Clinics, Substance Abuse Treatment, Community Outreach, Friendly Visitor Program and much more. We are an FTCA, FQHC, and PCMH deemed facilities accredited by the AAAHC.
