Dr. James Faremouth is board certified in Family Medicine and Osteopathic Manipulation. He completed his Residency at Horizon Health Systems, a division of Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit, Michigan in July 1999. He completed an internship at Bi-County Community Hospital in Warren, Michigan, June 1996 to July 1997. He is a graduate of Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine, in Chicago, Illinois. His undergraduate degree is from Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan in 1990.
