Marina comes from an artistic background, studying acting, dance and painting from a young age. While travelling in Asia she fell in love with Buddhist philosophy and has since continued this exploration on her own. Marina is a 500HR certified instructor. Her teaching style is influenced by both the invigorating flow and heat of Ashtanga and the precise alignment of Iyengar.
