We maintain a 24-hour cancellation policy at our Portland beauty salon. It is advisable that if you are a new client at Morning Star Beauty, then you should arrive 10 or 15 minutes before your appointment to fill out some paperwork and to undergo an initial consultation with a member of our staff.
