Landmark Living was formed in 1985, by Clifford F. Boyle, as Simsbury Associates, Inc. The goal at that time was to answer the growing need for affordable, well-maintained housing. The need was met by acquiring previously neglected, historically significant, properties, which were then totally rehabilitated and reintroduced into the community.
