Our caring group of behavioral health providers treat patients of all ages.

Desert Horizon also offers complete physical health services in our family practice through our experienced, board certified Family Nurse Practitioner. Desert Horizon Integrative Medicine’s scope of practice includes all facets of family medicine, from birth to geriatrics.
