Had an ear infection from swimming at dog beach in OB. Instead of wasting hours at an in-person urgent care, and after doing the research to figure out there are not enough variables to need to be seen in person, called these folks.
True, i spent $99 vs a 15$ copay, but I value my time. And did not need to drive anywhere.
The doctor was kind, unhurried, thorough, and patiently explained both what she would give me and also what I should follow up on vis a vis having an MD in person check the ear drum, which is probably ruptured, in 10-14 days before I go swimming again.
