McFarling Law Group was formed in 2003 by Emily McFarling Esq. From its very inception Family Law was the main  focus of the firm.  Emily’s goal  has always been to practice law in an area that actually makes a difference and that she can see the results firsthand. Emily knew that family law would allow her to actually help people in need.
