Awesome oven, just what I was looking for. Been searching for a pizza/wood burning oven for entertaining for some time. I know there are lots to choose from and the prices range varies. When I came across , I found ilFornino Ovens with great look and price it made my list to look at again. Wow, what can i say, got it last week and fired it up over the weekend for some friends. I made three types of pizza's side order of sausages and meatballs, they all came out fantastic. Ok now more about the oven, it is built like a tank, and you will be impressed. Overall very happy with purchase.

This is a WOW!!!! We bought this oven after lots of research...including building our own. I have owned this for 1 year and I am a chef. The oven is large (larger then any other models on the market). I have roasted back-to-back trays of chicken wings, whole chickens, pork and leg of lamb. The depth allows you to cook for large groups. If you're in need of clear how-to-build directions, look to youtube. Not only is it beautiful to look at, it's stainless steel surface is easy to clean. And it is mobile, allowing us to move it as needed to meet entertaining needs. We make amazing pizza!

Makes great pizzas/steaks/roast chicken I have only used this oven a dozen times, but I am very impressed. I have a commercial pizza oven in my restaurant and this one gets just as hot. Heat up fast, makes great pizzas/steaks/roast chicken!

Quality unit...LIKE! We cooked our first pizzas in it last night! It did a much better job than I expected for my first attempt. Though I don't recommend touching the outside, when the chamber was 500+degrees, the outside was still cool enough to touch. That could and I'll change as the interior insulation eventually gets heat soaked. I'm very impressed with the fit and quality of the construction of this oven, and I'm fussy about things like that! We've had a half dozen pizza parties so far and they've been successful and are having our guests wanting to sign up for future ones!

High Quality Craftsmanship and Very Efficient This is an incredible value. The fact that it is on wheels makes it equally perfect in that one doesn't need to take up valuable yard space with a block foundation and large overpriced oven kits. I made two test pizzas the first night and felt they came out perfectly. I invested in an infrared thermometer to check the floor temp. and these past few weeks have been able to create outstanding pies. I have been making homemade pizza for years so to graduate to a wood burning oven was a joy. Great price, great delivery and service. The owner, having noticed that I ordered the "basic" unit, called the evening before the ship date and was kind enough to offer the "professional" at a discount. Best decision I have ever made.

We ordered ilfornino ovens, it came so fast and we just as quickly tried it out. Perfect pizza on the first go. Love it! It works great and very easy to use. We made lots of pizza and a pie the first night and plan to experiment a bit more.

Ilfornino pizza oven cooks pizza perfectly and gets as high as 900 degrees! You can also bake and grill inside oven as it cools down. Cooks pizza in less than two minutes. The oven is sturdy very heavy great quality. Clean up of ashes is so easy with pull out drawer in back. You will not be disappointed get this oven! The sky's the limit you can cook anything in this oven from pizza to grilling steaks to baking it's absolutely fabulous!

I'm very happy with the Ilfornino’s pizza oven. It was delivered 3 days after I ordered it and after a quick assembly of the cart had great pizza about 45 minutes after I started the fire. The quality was perfect. No dents, scratches and every piece looked restaurant quality. Pizza cooked in about 3-4 minute bread in about 10. Clams, Mussels and whole fish (cooked in a pan) came out perfect.

My wife and I purchased Ilfornino wood fired pizza oven this year and have been using it regularly. It burns well, and it can get an interior temperature over 1000 degrees (measured by our IR thermometer). We are considering loading this in our enclosed trailer to take to friends or family events. Portability is key here.

Love the ilFornino's wood fired pizza oven. Cooking in this oven is a lot of fun. After owning it for less than a week I had a large party and cranked out 36 pizzas in less than two hours. I was cooking the pizzas faster than they were being made. The pizza oven is huge hit at our house and the pizza it creates is far better than any pizza made in town.

Love my pizza oven. We shopped around and this was by far the best deal. I've now had the oven for a few months. I got the temp over 800 degrees and melted the thermostat. I called the seller Saturday morning and Chris was at my service. A new thermostat is shipping Monday and I got some great tips like cooking steaks in a cast iron skillet at 800 degrees. I highly recommend ilFornino product, because the product and the service is top notch!

I was setting out to build a traditional brick and mortar oven for my backyard, but a buddy told me he just ordered one of these ovens. I thought about it and decided to buy one also instead of building something which would take me forever to complete. It arrived last night, and we made 4 excellent pizza's in no time at all. Mine came pre-assembled, so I can't comment on how easy or difficult it would be to assemble. But, I can tell you once you remove the bricks the oven is just sitting on top of the leg assembly. It was a piece of cake for a buddy and I to bring the top then the bottom to my backyard. I prepped the stones by cleaning them off first they were pretty gritty. Then created a small fire to season the oven. Once that was done I was ready to go. The first pie I did cooked a bit too fast the heat was close to 800 degrees, it finished in less than 2 minutes. The rest I adjusted the temperature and did the next three pies in 2 minutes each.

Nothing beats Ilfornino. First let's talk about Chris and his brother. You could not find a better guy than these two. Great customer service and very friendly. Now the oven, when I first came in the showroom and saw it, WOW, looks so much bigger in person. Product is nicely made, it comes with everything you would need to get started. If your near Valley Cottage, NY, I suggest to pay these guys a visit you won't be sorry.
