    Not licensed, not insured.
    Comment:
    Do yourself a favor and not trust this guy. He’s not only NOT licensed and insured as he claims but he’s NOT RELIABLE. Will ask you for deposit and money for materials and start the job just to ask for more money. After he gets the money will not answer the phone or show up for days. When he shows up it will always be around noon, works only few hours per day... he is also messy. He also prefers cash bragging how he doesn’t pay taxes.
