Comment: The staff is horrendous to deal with. On the rare occasions they actually answer the phone, they are short and rude. I had to listen to a diatribe this morning from whoever answered the phone about how short staffed they are. While I can sympathize, as a customer, I just don't want to hear it. I don't want to hear excuses about why after THREE WEEKS, I STILL have not received required paperwork I need for my employer, nor did I receive a return call I requested via voicemail 6 days earlier. It's not my problem your office is short staffed. And it's beyond unprofessional to subject your customers to complaintfests on the phone. Get it together.
