Comment: I am DISGUSTED by the way I was treated at this doctor's office. The first time I visited this office I was rushed out of the waiting room before I could fill out my new patient information by their incredibly rude staff. I was told they needed to xray my ankle after I sat in the exam room for 15 minutes waiting for the doctor. After the doctor came in to the room he felt my ankle for about 5 seconds and told me what he thought was wrong and that I needed $600 custom orthotics, but that they needed to see me again to verify. After three unsuccessful visits I decided to not go back. Four months later I received a bill showing that they charged my insurance for the $600 orthotics even though I never received them. They also stated that I didn't pay my 3 copays, totaling an additional $60. I sent them proof that I paid my copays and they did not respond to my email for two weeks. After calling them they stated that they forgot to send the information to their billing company. Over a month after trying to clear charged that I did not owe they finally reduced the price to the amount I ACTUALLY owed. I am disgusted by the horrible/rude staff and I will tell anyone and everyone I know to NEVER visit this doctor's office.
