Comment: San Clemente Dental Associates overbills, upsells, and are not smart enough to file the insurance claims properly. They took our money upfront in July (over $900), got paid by our insurance (United Health Care) a few months later with my help getting them to file the claims correctly. Even after they were fully paid by me and by UHC, they refuse to repay us months later. I have called and talked to Anabell at least 12 times, maybe more. I only recorded 11 of the calls. All I get is one ridiculous excuse after another about why they can't pay me back. They shouldn't be in business. I told my son they were crooks before he went there, and he thought that was impossible. They proved me correct. They owe me over $500 according to United Health Care. United Health Care agreed that San Clemente Dental Associates isn't processing claims correctly and is refusing to pay me what is owed. I sat on a three-way call today and listened to UHC trying to get San Clemente Dental Assoc. to pay me back and the UHC rep was shocked by the run around she got too. San Clemente Dental Associates, you should be embarrassed by your horrible behavior!
