No one supervising or getting complains

I usually come here to do laundry, but it happens that some times like today, one washer machine is either full of coins or just broken, I put the detergent and fabric softener and the machine doesn't accept any more coins nor return the ones it took, so I wasted,money , time,soap and softener the time was 11:20am and there was no one to take the complain or fix this issue! There should be someone at least on a regular business hours. This is at the one on R.W.C on main by chestnut. I left a note by a suggestion of other costumer who went trough the same thing before.
