Great tasting food AND it's healthy? I could hardly believe it but saw so many benefits like more energy, better attitude, lost fat, gained muscle mass (and I didn't work out more), better memory, more productive, looked younger, felt younger and my doctor said my internal organs were showing signs of being those of someone 15 years younger than my age!
