I know how the Human Body Works!!! I spent most of my life involved in the martial arts first as a competitor. Then later as a coach,trainer, and teacher. I have also been a certified personal trainer. I have worked in a Physical Therapy Department right along side therapists helping them rehab their patients. I have a college level understanding of Anatomy & Physiology along with Kinesiology. I am attending school for a degree in Physical Therapy. I feel that my background has prepared me to exceed your expectations.
