Violations of code, unsafe workmanship, cheater. 

Hired to build RV site w/ electrical and plumbing. Used unsafe installation and poor quality workmanship on electrical. RV can’t operate without tripping breakers at box. He had main box inspection before installation of RV sites wiring, then cheated code. I withheld final payment until the job was corrected and safe. Haven’t heard back from them since, not one call text or email response.
