Very bad customer service.. very bad response .. very high prices.. very very bad personal experience with those guys  !! I can's see any reason to deal with this agency !?

It is a Horrible agency . I don't advice anyone to deal with them. I have called them & sent E mails for more than 10 times in order to cancel my very expensive care insurance with them and they didn't respond. They Promise to cancel many times but I was surprised when the due date came and the charge my credit card 115 $ monthly fees for a car insurance.. believe it or not !! I made that insurance because I was in hurry and it supposed to b for 1 month but they have started to charge me every month !!! and ignore the cancellation Requests... What th F...
