Cons: Unreliable, unprofessional, cannot get in touch with anyone
Comment: They do not follow through with what they say they are going to do. What was supposed to be a simple thermostat replacement has left an elderly man in the cold for THREE days waiting for them to show up & replace a part like they said they would.
