    The woman who answers the phone and takes information (which she cannot retain) at the Non-Emergency Madison County Dispatch office (256-722-7181) is rude and very unprofessional. Her attitude is aweful and she is very ignorant. It is very troubling to know someone who lacks basic communication skills has that type of position as a dispatcher.
