The Squeaky Floor Doctor traces its roots to its 2 grandfathers that were Master Craftsman in Spain and Mexico and built fine furniture by hand. In 1921, the Alcaraz family started building homes in the greater Los Angeles area. After many years of building homes of superior quality craftsmanship and attention to detail, the family formed Irvine-Viejo Builders in the late 1970's to build projects in the booming South Orange County markets.
