My uncle began our family's business over 71 years ago in Toledo, Ohio. Hearing the families' stories about him and the business that he created, provided great family pride.

After many years past, his son took over the business and maintained it with the continuance of Action Heating, Air Conditioning & Electrical.
After he managed the business for years, I joined the Williams Family tradition. He retired and I became the 3rd generation owner. Time flies, as I have been in our business for 33 years already.

I enjoy continuing our family's tradition in the HVAC industry. I appreciate our customers. I find pride in gaining and keeping customers. I'd love to earn your business too!
