Pros: Rebecca helped me out A LOT today with my daughter's tow. She needed to be towed somewhere else to be fixed, and come to find out her warranty could tow it after I talked to Rebecca like 3 times she still sent a guy out. We had some fees because of this, and KIDS NOT NOWING WHAT THEY PAY FOR. WITH GAS HIGH AS IT IS I UNDERSTAND. THE FEES JUST WANT TO THANK YOU FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART AND APOLOGIZE FOR THE INCONVENIENCE.
