Horrible experience! I should have done my research but unfortunately I didn't. Just google the owners name Baxter Steve Reid. You will find out exactly what kind of person he is. Rented from him for 2 years. He is only concerned with collecting your money....over 20k to be exact and never fixed the leaking roof or the HEAT! Many promises over the years and lies about when and how it was going to be fixed over the years and still never fixed the problems! Rent was always paid on time every month and lots of improvements done on his building and the security deposit was not refunded! Just look at the pictures below of what it looked like when I moved in and when I moved out and see for yourself! He is a very dishonest person, who hides behind God to make people trust him! Don't fall for it like I did. He doesn't care that he left 4-17 year old kids with NO HEAT to practice in fridged temperatures. What kind of person does that?
