    I call this guy about my refrigerator. I spend $585.00 to fix my fridge. They gave me a bad diagnostic. They order the parts twice. Parts does not work. I waited 3 weeks for them to come and fix my fridge they kept lying. I ask the technician AL to give me my money back.  He is giving me the run around. I end up buying a new fridge.  "Do not cal these guys bad news" I need my money back. Looser
