Daniel Henry is Negligent. Police lied about everything. Dan never attempted to gather evidence to prove my innocence. Lazy. Refuses to take any blame. He completely destroyed my life and could care less about it. Uncooperative. Argumentative. Didn't file a motion for discovery or an affidavit of errors. He asked me if I wanted to forfeit my DMV hearing and take a loss because Dan collected no evidence. He didn't care about doing his job right, he only wanted to take my money. After losing in court Dan said if I wanted evidence I have to get it myself and that was a lie. I couldn't get anything because Dan was suppose to get it.
