Pros: Beautiful boots
Cons: I returned the boots, as I failed to specify "Street" on the online order. Would've, had it been a simple pull down selection. They were returned for an exchange and were delivered on Jan. 3rd, to the company. I was told it would be a couple weeks for the return. Then, when I called, a couple more weeks. The next time I called, it would be a week. The last time I got a hold of anybody, one of the boots was ready for inspection. That was two weeks ago! Now, no answer on the 800 number or the local number. No replies to my e-mails. It is now March 20. The company hasn't given any written response and now no answering of the phones! Have they gone out of business? Or are they just really bad at doing business?
Comment: Help! If anyone knows anything about this company, please let me know. I'm just one customer for one pair of boots. They're not cheap. They're paid for. I've been more than patient. Not once, did the lady I talked with, apologize for it taking so long. She just said the street shoes take longer. I guess so!!! My initial order was Nov. 28th and I received those 2 days before Christmas. Don't know what else to do!
