On November 12, 2014 I’ve listed on Ebay for sale ($50,900) my property, a land 38.1 acres in Allegany County NY. Mr. Edward White (White Holdings LLC, Native Land Company) is the winner of the auction. I have received an email form Mr. White: "Lev, I have a local attorney who will be able to represent both of us. I will email you a purchase offer tomorrow to sign and get back to me. Then we can do a traditional closing. Ed" I've overnight the notarized Deed to the Escrow Agent Rachel Scura whose address was provided by Mrs. Michele White. In 4 days I suddenly knew the Allegany County has registered my land in Edward's White name. Immediately after registration Mr. White declined to pay for my land. After my literally "numerous" contacts demanding Mr. White to pay for my land, I've received this email: "Lev, my attorney {Rachel Scura} told me that this transaction has been finalized and that I owe you nothing else as per the law" Scura Law Firm has declined my requests to clarify the situation.
