Pros: I now know not too shop at this store
Cons: the store using Bissell brand name and then not wanting too order parts
Comment: They are not interested in customers or ordering parts ,i callled and specifically gave details and person on. Phone was not interested in my order so i said no worries .I can spend my money any where and so can you we do not need peoples attitude or rudeness.
