Pros: The Hygienist and Dentist were very nice.
Cons: Ignoring communication from patient to get the problem resolved.
Comment: I was told a service was going to be covered by my insurance and signed a form stating such. I was shocked to receive a bill in the mail, and when I phoned them to discuss it they had no idea about the form. I have been emailing them and they still can not produce the original form I signed. My emails get ignored and my messages are not returned.
