    THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!!!!! Our home warranty company sent them out to our house early May the very first time. We have 2 units that they needed to fix, they assessed the situation and then said they needed to order parts for our 2 units and that Cindy (Office manager) would call me when the parts came in. 3 weeks later (end of MAY) they came out to install the parts for both units and stated they still could not get them to work and assured me they know what the problem was this time and they would return to fix it as soon as the parts came in. 3 more weeks later (Second week in June) Cindy (Office manager) said they still don't have parts, 4 MORE weeks later (July) Cindy (Office manager) assured me they got the home warranty company to cover a whole new unit for the one air conditioner and just replacing parts for the other unit, Cindy (Office manager) told me that they ordered the new unit and the parts for the other unit and they would call me when the parts came in. AUGUST rolls around and I call them, Cindy (Office manager) tells me it is not in yet and she will call me. I called several times in August & September and they always say "Cindy is not available at the moment but I will have her call you later today before she leaves. I NEVER get my calls returned. We went the whole summer with our house being almost 90 degrees with my Mom living with us and our 6 dogs. Now here we are OCTOBER and we do not have units. I called Cindy (Office manager) October 15th to touch base, she tells me that the parts and unit have come in they just haven't picked them up yet, She then tells me she has to figure the out of pocket coast that the warranty company will not cover and as soon as she finds out she will call me back by the end of day. (NO return call AGAIN) 3 days later October 18th Cindy (Office manager) Gets on the phone and I ask her why she hasn't returned my calls, She said she still hasn't figured out the OOPC yet, I asked her why she didn't figure all this out why she ordered the unit 2 months ago, she said and I quote: "I don't know" But we never ordered the Unit or the parts yet"... WHAT!!!!!!!!!!! THEY GET PAID BY THE HOME WARRENTY CO THEN NEVER DO THE WORK
