CrossFit Hard Knox is a functional fitness facility that focuses on creating an overall healthier community in Hardin & surrounding counties. We teach our members how to move well inside and outside of the gym, proper nutrition, and habits for a more healthy, happy lifestyle. All while building strong community relationships. We are a fitness facility for all ages, skill levels, and walks of life.
