Less expensive quote but

never finished the job

My wife and I are in our 70's and now are painting our house ourselves because Kevin took our money and didn't bother to do the job. He had every excuse in the book including claiming to have spent the summer in and out of the hospital. One of his claims to be sitting in the doctor's office was really false because I saw him parked in front of Milio's on First Ave while he was sending the message. He's not someone to trust or deal with. Requests for a refund were met with claims of having had a lot invested. (Two guys, six days, max two hours a day. The neighbors wanted to know what was going on as it looked shady.)
