Cons: Lack of communication.  Cannot talk with representative and will not return calls
Comment: I purchased a tractor with delivery to KY. The tractor has not shown up yet, 3 days late at time of review and NO communication available.  I have left several phone messages and emails without hearing a word from anyone in the company
