Cons: Didn’t provide the correct pricing. Added on almost $300 extra. Lied to me about the pricing and claim they told me in advance the true cost. I bought my own parts that they refuse to use in order to make more money selling their parts broke something on my car denied it. Said they would fix it and I have a recording of that. Then call me back, not wanting to fix it. Told me that my ball joint was broken. I took it to a reputable dealer, Mercedes. What they actually broke was my back shots. So I would’ve began paid them to fix the ball joint and still drove off in a broken car.
