Cons: We left a blazer to be dry cleaned and a shirt to be laundered. We asked for heavy starch in the shirt. The shirt came back as limp as if it had not been starched. We mentioned that we had requested heavy starch. The lady responded curtly that this was heavy starch and refused to redo the shirt. We were charged nearly nine dollars for this experience.
